Color the Skies Balloon Festival. Color The Skies, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that wasestablished in 2006. The purpose of our organization is to raiseawareness, and to provide financial support to Children's HospitalCentral California. The hospital is located in Madera County, at Avenue9, off Highway 99. It is the second largest Children's Hospital inCalifornia, and treats more children than all of the NorthernCalifornia children's hospitals combined. Most of the children thatreceive services at Children's Hospital Central California are unableto pay for those services. However, ALL children receive the bestpediatric care available in the world, right in our valley!
